HKR Builders makes every effort to allow adequate time to make decisions and to thereby minimize surprises. HKR Builders provides their clients a Construction Schedule, which includes the Materials Decision checklist, the list of Allowances, as well as the Construction payment schedule.
HKR Builders is a member of the National Home Warranty Program, along with the Canadian Home Builders Association, and most recently proud to be certified as “Built Green” Builders.
